We want you to go INSANE over your goodies but sometimes things just aren't a perfect fit, suit your shape or just not be the right colour. Your happiness is our main priority so if something isn't 100% perfect for you, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
You can create a return request using the following instructions:
★ Log into your account on our website
★ Click "Orders" in the top right drop down menu
★ Click the order number the return is from
★ Click "Request a replacement or a refund"

Please include a print out of your invoice or a note that includes your name, mailing address, order number and your preferred refund/exchange option.
Store credit - Once we receive your return parcel, we will email our a voucher code. You can use the credit in your own time, just enter the code at the checkout to apply the credit to your chosen order.
★ Exchange - Let us the know what you would like to exchange to in the Comments box of the exchange request so we can reserve it for you. We can hold onto reserved products for a maximum of 2 weeks.
★ Refund - Once the parcel arrives here, we will refund the purchase price back to the account or card the original payment was made from.
★ Returns must be returned to the store within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
★ Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
★ Discounted and sale items can be returned for a store credit only.
★ Return postage is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
★ Underwear, pierced jewellery or any beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons.
★ Swimwear may be returned as all of our swimwear is fitted with hygiene slips but we do ask that clean underwear always be worn when trying swimwear on.
★ We recommend you use a trackable method of postage to ensure your item is returned to us safely.
★ Products must be returned to us in its original, received condition. All items must be returned with tags attached and in their original packaging. Excludes plastic dust bags for clothing, we can replace these :)
★ If we can detect the item has been worn, damaged or soiled, it is deemed unsaleable. We reserve the right to reject items in this condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing and shoes to avoid tears,scuffs or makeup stains.
